4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand plans change. We request that you provide at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
5. Liability
While our team takes the utmost care while cleaning your property, accidents can occasionally happen. Glitz Janitorial Services is fully insured. Any damage or breakage must be reported within 24 hours of the service completion.
